Go to cadeaubon.nl and click on Redeem Choice Gift Card at the top of the homepage. Enter the 19-digit card number and find out how much balance is on your gift card. Choose a gift card from our range that you want to redeem your Choice Gift Card for. Enter your details and the PIN code found on the back of the gift card under the scratch layer. Then redeem your Choice Gift Card.

Can I choose multiple gift cards with a single Choice Gift Card?

How do I scratch off the scratch layer on the Choice Gift Card?

You can easily remove the scratch layer covering the PIN code by gently scratching it off. Do not use sharp objects, as this may damage the PIN code. If your PIN code is damaged, please contact us by email.

Can I also receive the gift card by email?

Many gift cards in our range are also available as vouchers by email, but not all of them. We have clearly indicated this for each gift card.

My order has not arrived yet, what should I do?

The average delivery time is 1-2 business days. Delivery times may vary due to high demand at PostNL. If your gift card has not arrived on time, please download this voucher and fill in the details. This voucher has no value. We offer this as an extra service to help you bridge the waiting time.

Optionally, choose fun extras such as a personal message, festive packaging or a luxury gift package. Then enter the delivery address and pay for your order. Can I also place an order for business purposes?

Yes, you can. Simply place a business order in our webshop. Choose your preferred payment method: iDeal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, credit card or pay later by invoice. Unfortunately, it is not possible to pay later by invoice when ordering digital gift cards. Please note that for security reasons, the gift cards have no value until the invoice amount has been paid. Can I cancel my order?

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The period starts on the day that you, or someone designated by you who is not the delivery person, physically receives the product.

To exercise this right of withdrawal, you must notify us by means of a clear statement, for example in writing, by post, fax, or email. You can use the model withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory. It is sufficient that you send your withdrawal before the 14 days have expired.

From the moment you receive the order, you have 14 days to return it.

Please note: E-vouchers cannot be returned. For orders of digital online content, you will be informed during the ordering process that you agree to immediate delivery, and you will receive an email with the voucher.
